1. Return / Refunds
All return requests must be made within seven (7) business days of receipt of orders. Phivestar Boutique has the right to decline return request that are made after seven (7) business days of receipt.
In order for a return / exchange or refund to be considered the following conditions must be met:
- Product(s) must be returned along with original packaging
- Product(s) must be unused, unworn, unaltered and not damaged with tags attached and its original packaging.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- To initiate a return, you must first contact customer service by e-mail at support@phivestarboutique.com. Customers are responsible to pay for their own return shipping.
- Returns must be received with in 7 days of contacting customer service.
- Buyer must be able to explain the reason for the return to the best of their ability.
- Not all items are able to be returned it is the buyer's responsibility to verify an item can be returned if not specified in the item description.
- If the listed conditions are not met, Phivestar Boutique reserves the right to refuse a refund.
All returns / exchanges and refunds are at the discretion of Phivestar Boutique. If the listed conditions are not met, Phivestar Boutique reserves the right to refuse a return / refund.
